Step One (If no recent assessments completed)

  • Assign assessment -  Use the Test Queue in your Teacher account.  For more information - Click Here
    • For ELA Edge - use DORA
    • For Math Edge - use ADAM, DOMA Pre-Algebra, or DOMA Algebra
  • Student Testing - There are two ways a student can start an assessment.  For more information - Click Here
    • Log in using the student's login information
    • Log student in from the Teacher account
      • In Teacher account, click on the Class tab.
      • Click on "Begin" under the Start column for student.

Step Two

  • View Results - Once your students have completed the assessment, you can view their results.  For more information - Click Here
    • In the Teacher accont, click on the Scores & Reports tab and select Active Pulse ELA for Reading assessments and Active Pulse Math for Math assessments.
    • On this page you will find the scores for the assessments completed and also view the reports.

Step Three

  • Assign Instruction to your students.  For more information - Click Here
    • In the Teacher account, click on the Instruction tab and then select Edge V3.
    • On the Edge  - Overview page, follw the directions below.
      • To enroll the entire class
        • Click on the "+ Enroll Class" button in the Class Enrollment Actions box.
        • On the pop up window, select ELA or Math to enroll your class.
        • Click on Enroll.
      • To enroll an individual student
        • Find student on list and click on the blue "Enroll" button for ELA or ME.
  • Students Access Instruction  - Students can access their lessons by using their student login.  For more information - Click Here

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
