How do I run the Raw Scores Export report?

From the Data Portal of the Admin (Principal) or Teacher account, you can export the summary scores for a selected assessment using the Raw Scores Export.  This report is exported in an Excel format.

FROM ADMIN ACCOUNT:

STEP 1 - Log into the Data Portal from the Admin (Principal) account by clicking on Reporting and selecting DataPortal.

STEP 2 - Click on the Exports tab and select Raw Scores Export.

STEP 3 - Fill in the requested information.

  1. Select assessment.
  2. Select start date range.
  3. Select end date range.
  4. Adjust the grade range, if desired.
  5. Select additional options, if desired.
  6. Click on Continue.

STEP 4 - Select sites to include in report.

FROM TEACHER ACCOUNT: 

STEP 1 - Log into the Data Portal from the teacher account by clicking on the Scores & Reports tab and selecting DataPortal.

STEP 2 - Click on the Teacher tab and select Teacher_Exports.

STEP 3 - Select Raw Scores Export and then select the assessment.

STEP 4 - Fill in the requested information.

  1. Select roster.
  2. Select start date.
  3. Select end date.
  4. Adjust the grade range, if desired.
  5. Click on Export Data.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
