What is and how to run the DORA RtI and Program Placement report from the Data Portal

Administrators and teachers can run the Let's Go Learn DORA RtI and Program Placement report after students have completed a DORA assessment. This report is easy to use and will diagnostically place your students into intervention groups. This report can also be customized for districts whose specific DORA interventions already exist.

The RtI reports available for DORA include RTI DORA 1 to 8 (grades 1 - 8.2) and RTI DORA 9+ (grades 8.3 to 12)

How to run the report:

  • FROM TEACHER ACCOUNT
  • Click on the Scores & Reports tab and then select DataPortal 
  • Select Teacher then Teacher_Reports 
  • From drop down, select RtI and Program Placement 
  • Select RTI DORA 1 to 8 or RTI DORA 9+ and click Continue
  • Enter in date range, grade range then click Continue
  • Select Rosters then click Continue
  • FROM ADMIN ACCOUNT
  • Click on the Reporting tab and then select DataPortal 
  • Select Reports 
  • From drop down, select RtI and Program Placement 
  • Select RTI DORA 1 to 8 or RTI DORA 9+  and click Continue
  • Enter in date range, grade range then click Continue
  • Select Site(s) then click Continue

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
