Let's Go Learn Knowledge Base
Question
Does Let's Go Learn allow partners to put their logos on LGL reports or the LMS system? In other words, does LGL allow white labeling?

Answer

Yes, companies such as tutors sometimes want their logos to appear on the student reports.  This represents a huge opportunity for these companies to be associated with the high quality reports that Let's Go Learn generates for individual students.

If you are an existing LGL customer you need to have an account that uses a school code.  If you don't have an account with a school code, you will need to create a new account through our help desk.  Please note existing ecommerce accounts are unable to be converted to school code accounts.

The price sheet in this article describes all the fees.  Fees are actually based on the amount of annual business that the tutoring or LEA organization does with Let's Go Learn.  The idea is to make this affordable for small tutoring companies as well as larger organizations.

To get started collect the following information:

  • What annual level of business are you at according to the price sheet?
  • Do you want rebranding for reports only? Or reports and LMS?
  • Does your existing account use a school code?  (In other words do you have a login, password, and school code?)
    • If not are you okay with creating a totally new account?  We are unable to transfer your data to a school code account.
  • Provide your exisiting account login and/or school code to customer service
  • Provide a logo.  PNG, JPG.  Must be horizontal or square format for optimal appearance.

Email all this information to customer service.  help@letsgolearn.com

Payments can be mailed via check or paid via credit card.

Fee structure:

  • $400 initial set up fee
  • Annual fee for LMS rebranding or Report rebranding (or both).  Due at start of each year.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
