We typically see assessments freeze when there is an interruption between the student's computer and our servers. This could be due to a filter blocking our content or a drop in Internet connection.

Are you able to get to other websites?
Are you using a wireless device?
Is this happening on one computer or more than one?
Are there many wireless devices being used at once?
Are too many classes using the same "access point" and could this be causing congestion?
Run the System Test during the time when the congestion is happening. If it has a failure, we know it is the site's network.
