Teachers can add notes on any student and these are stored historically for all teachers to see. This allows for easy collaboration on each student individually.
From the Class tab: Click on the Notes icon as shown below.
On the Notes page:
Teachers can add notes that will be date stamped with their name. They will be listed from the newest to the oldest. Starred notes will appear at the top, rather than being pushed down the list. This way, teachers can easily refer to current student learning plans (SLPs or IEPs) that have been starred.
To Add a Note: Click on the green + icon.
1. Click on "Star" to make the note appear at the top of all notes.
2. Enter in title.
3. Enter in your notes.
4. Click the disk icon to save.
5. The Share button gives you the option to share your note with the student.
To share the note with your student, click on this button when adding a note. When clicking on this button, it will verify by asking "Are you sure?".
The student can then see the note on their Student Activity page by clicking on the "Notes" icon.
