How do I purchase more assessments for my Let's Go Learn account?

How to purchase more assessments or instruction (Edge) courses:

Step One: To purchase more assessments or Edge courses for your existing LGL account, you have to go to the products page on our main website: https://shop.letsgolearn.com/shop/store/

Step Two: Add the products to your cart as you originally did when creating your account.

Step Three: Follow the checkout instructions. The only difference is that this time you will fill out the "Existing Let's Go Learn Customers" section of the Account Registration page with your existing Login/Password. Remember that the system is case sensitive.

School code users:
If you use a school code when logging into your account, you will need to use the special Client login for your account. Do not use the admin or teacher logins because this will not add the products to your account(s). If you do not have this information, please contact LGL Customer Service.

Step Four: Once the system verifies your account, you can finish the transaction.

To verify the number of available assessments in your account or verify that the purchased assessments have been added, see the attached cheat sheet under the "Attachments" section. If you are logged into your account, make sure you log out and then back in again so that your account gets updated to show the new purchase.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
