FOR WINDOWS USERS
Today many web browsers use a non-Adobe PDF viewer. These PDF viewers do not have the full functionality of Adobe Acrobat Reader. As a result, they can make errors when opening PDF files and you will not be notified. Currently, our DORA reports have graphs and check marks that require the real Adobe Acrobat Reader. Follow the links below if your browser is trying to use something other than Adobe Acrobat to open your PDF files.

If you are using Firefox:
These instructions will allow you to view PDF files in Firefox using Adobe Acrobat instead of the PDF viewer built into Firefox. The PDF viewer built into Firefox has limited capabilities and will incorrectly view many Let's Go Learn PDF files generated for student reports.
1. Open Firefox and on the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu(☰).
2. Select Preferences or Options.
3. Scroll down to "Files and Applications" .
4. Under Applications , locate Portable Document Format (PDF) in the list and click on it to select It.
5. Click on the drop-down arrow in the Action column and select “Use Adobe Reader.”
6. Close the window.
If you are using Chrome:
These instructions will allow you to view PDF files in Chrome using Adobe Acrobat instead of the PDF viewer built into Chrome. The PDF viewer built into Chrome has limited capabilities and will incorrectly view many Let's Go Learn PDF files generated for student reports.
1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. In your web address bar, type chome:settings.
3. At the bottom, click on Advanced.
4. Under "Privacy and security," click Site Settings.
- Note that in this window you will need to scroll down to locate "PDF documents." Click on arrow showing to right.
5. Toggle Blue to turn on "Download PDF files instead of auctomatically opening them in Chrome."
