If a student working on Edge and at the end of their lesson they receive the message
"Sorry, your session has timed out. Any progress for the Edge lessons has not been recorded" or "Error Edge score was already recorded or the session is more than 48 hours old" it most likely due to the below:
Examples where usage may not be recorded:
#1
-Student logs into LGL and clicks to start a lesson.
-The web-page is re-directed to the website for lesson at learningupgrade.com.
-Student works on lesson for over 90 minutes so LGL is disconnected from student account. Lesson will also time out after 30 minutes if the student does not answer from keyboard or touch screen.
-Student will still be able to complete lesson with a Bronze, Silver or Gold medal on website learningupgrade.com but is not able to record the score or time because it is
not able to connect back to Letsgolearn.
#2
-Student logs into LGL and clicks to start a lesson.
-The web-page is re-directed to the website for lesson at learningupgrade.com.
-Student works on lesson, finishes and just clicks the red "x" to exit browser and does not wait to return to the lesson map page on frontend.letsgolearn.com so lesson time
is not able to be recorded on LGL.
#3
-Student logs into LGL and clicks to start a lesson.
