Let's Go Learn Knowledge Base
Question
What is Contextual AI?

Answer

At Let's Go Learn, we utilize Contextual AIa powerful approach fundamentally different from General AI.

General AI starts as a blank slate. While powerful, it has no knowledge of you, your roster, or your students. It only understands the text you type into the prompt.

  • The Problem: If you ask a General AI to create a lesson plan, it gives you a good generic lesson. This leaves you with 100% of the work to adapt that plan to your specific student needs and standards.

LGL Contextual AI: Integrated and Secure

Our Contextual AI Assistants are securely integrated directly into your classroom systems. They are aware of your:

  • Roster and student needs
  • Classroom structure and standards
  • Relevant documents and data

This integration allows the AI to analyze and synthesize multiple data sources, connecting student data, past performances, accommodation needs, and IEP goals.

  • The Benefit: If you ask our Contextual AI to create a lesson plan for a specific small group, it creates a highly tailored, non-generic lesson plan immediately.

Key Uses of Contextual AI

You can utilize our Contextual AI Assistants for highly specific, time-saving tasks:

  • Drafting IEPs
  • Creating differentiated classroom materials
  • Streamlining daily tasks, such as parent communication

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistenciesin this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
